Embark on your design journey by scheduling a personalized in-home consultation with one of our experienced Interior Designers.
What to expect during your consultation:
Personalized Interaction: Our designer will visit your home to see the space firsthand, allowing us to fully grasp the scope and potential of the project. This visit is crucial for understanding your personal style, goals, and vision for your home.
Collaborative Planning: The consultation, lasting up to two hours, is a collaborative effort where we discuss your ideas and begin shaping the project's scope of work together. Our designer will offer professional recommendations tailored to your needs.
Vision Board Delivery: Within 2-7 days following our meeting, you will receive an email from us featuring a custom vision board. This board will encapsulate our discussions, showcasing suggestions, inspirational images, and curated ideas specifically for your home.
Next Steps: While some clients may choose to take our recommendations and implement them independently, many find this consultation to be just the starting point of a deeper design and construction process. What does the process look like?
- During our initial visit, we will walk through your home and engage in a discussion that typically lasts between 60-120 minutes. We may take measurements and photographs of the spaces. Within 2-7 days, you will receive an email from us with a vision board that captures our discussion.
What hours and days are you available?
- Our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We strive to accommodate our clients’ schedules and can offer flexible appointment times outside of these hours upon request. Please discuss your needs with our Lead Designer.
I’m not sure what I want. Can you still help me?
- Absolutely! We often work with clients who are unsure of their needs or desires. Together, we will explore various ideas, whether through design magazines, books, or by creating a joint Pinterest or Houzz inspiration board. Collaboration is the key to great design, and we’re here to guide you through this creative journey.
What if I don’t like the final design? Can I get a refund?
- Our top priority is your satisfaction. We maintain open communication throughout the process and take the time to understand your preferences to ensure the vision for your space is clear and mutually agreed upon. While we have always succeeded in satisfying our clients, should an issue arise, we are committed to making it right.
